An Overflow Original. Ramses Jimenez goes home to Haiti to name what the world lets stay hidden: the children called restaveks.
The Story
The protected cradle of safety and a future for victimized orphan girls at a shelter in Haiti is infiltrated by the murderous and deceptive acts of a sinister network of child organ traffickers. It’s up to the newest volunteer from a similarly troubled past to unravel the ruse plotted against it to save the now vulnerable children and maintain its founder’s life work.
